The linear appearance of this house has been accentuated with the use of Larch cladding on the vertical and the Tier stone cladding on the horizontal. A theme continued throughout the exterior, entrance wall and gates.
The lower ground has been cut into the bank and seamlessly blends into its surroundings. The property extends over 3 floors with Velfac superior insulated windows, an air source heat pump and ‘Sedum’ Green roofs.
The building was designed speculatively for a small local developer and we were allowed free-reign to come up with a scheme to overcome the tricky site levels whilst providing a striking design which would appeal to the open market.
